What is Yin Yoga? Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice which uses long holds and compression and release to target those tight, plastic tissues like ligaments, fascia, and joints. You will linger in poses a little longer, take your awareness a bit deeper, and learn to play with breath in new ways. Expect a relaxed vibe, where you will not get sweaty but you will need to wear clothes which enable you to get down on the floor.
